Original diet

In order to know what are the best foods, we must study the original plan for man's diet. Foods that will sustain life and did not bring disease were the kind man enjoyed, the type of foods that were healthful and life-sustaining were man's original diet. 

Grains, fruits, nuts and vegetables constitute the diet chosen.  These foods, prepared in as simple and natural a manner as possible are the most healthful and nourishing.  These will impart strength and power of endurance in addition to  a "vigor of intellect" that could not have been achieved otherwise.

Barley, Bulgar wheat, Corn, Darum wheat, Millet Oats, Popcorn, Rye, Semolina Wheat, Rice, Wheat and wild Rice. 

Citron, clementine, grapefruit, Lemon, Lime, Tangerine, Mango, Melon and Orange.

Chestnut, Hazelnut, cashew, Pecan, Pistachio, Peanut, Brazil Nut and walnut.

Cabbage, Carrot, Celery, Cucumber, Radishes, Escallion, Tomato, Zucchini, and Pepper.

Proper use of wholesome, simple food will bring vitality and youth to all. When the brain is constantly taxed, and there is a lack of physical exercise we should eat sparingly. Confine yourself to a simple diet as this will preserve you in the best condition of health. As you persevere in the use of wholesome foods its delicate and delicious flavours will be appreciated.
