I am thankful for trials like the oceans.
I am grateful for every victory won.
For enduring faith and clarity,
For I was appointed from eternity;
Before the world began,
When he marked out the horizon;
He established the world thereof,
I aim for the attainment of his perfect light.
I'm grateful my name is inscribed in the book of life;
So I'm not daunted by difficulties, it's the story of my life.
No temptations, therefore, can crush my aspirations,
Because Christ, has become my light and my salvation;
So put your trust in the immortal God who is omniscient,
Cease complaining and seek calmness and patience.
