God is always willing and ready to hear and to respond to our heartfelt prayers under all circumstances; This is profoundly reassuring. He is a loving Father and He is interested both when things are going well and when they are not.
When we do not receive the things we ask for, at the very time we ask, still believe that God hears and He will answer our prayers.
