It is important that we become familiar with the benefits of caring for our bodies especially with the use of fruits. The health benefits that can be achieved from the use of eating fruits cannot be overstated. There are many ways of practicing the healing art with various fruits; and there are remedies that are the simple agencies of nature, that will help us to enjoy optimal health. Air, water, cleanliness, and a correct diet, are remedies that are second to none.

Nature's process of healing is gradual however, those who persevere will reap the reward both health of body as well as health of mind.

As we strive to only eat those things which will be for our good; physically, we must not deprive ourselves of exercise. Let us get all the sunlight that it is possible for us to obtain.  Also may we exercise wisdom in the caring of our bodies.
